Blaine Starves For New Stunt

David Blaine has been starving himself for a week to prepare for his latest death-defying stunt.
The illusionist will hang upside down above New York’s Central Park for 60 hours, starting on 22 September.
To ready himself for the trauma, Blaine carried out a short trial run, and has been depriving himself of food and sleep.
He told WENN: “I’ve actually practiced it, but only for six hours. Also, I’ve stopped eating a week ago and lost 20 pounds.”
