William Shatner was set to reprise his James T. Kirk character in the upcoming Star Trek movie - but turned down the role because it wasn’t big enough.
Director J.J. Abrams had a cameo appearance planned for the legendary sci-fi character in a flashback sequence, but he claims Shatner refused the part because he wanted a bigger plotline for his character.

Comedienne Susie Essman married her longtime boyfriend at New York’s Friars Club on Saturday.
The Curb Your Enthusiasm star, 53, wed real-estate broker Jim Harder.
The pair was wed by writer/producer Tom Fontana, a minister of the American Fellowship Church, according to People.com.
