TV star Jerry Springer loves Britain - because Prime Minister Winston Churchill defeated the Nazis and saved his parents from the Holocaust.
The talkshow host has taken part in BBC1’s Who Do You Think You Are? show, in which famous faces trace their family tree.
And he tells programme-makers he will always owe a debt of gratitude to World War II allied forces for liberating Germany.

The actor ignored pal Sir Roger Moore’s advice and turned up at the white-tie bash wearing a velvet jacket and open-collared shirt.

Jewellery-loving musicians Wyclef Jean, Scott Storch and Juvenile are being asked to pay up money they owe for gems bought from jailed bling merchant to the stars, Jacob ‘The Jeweler’ Arabov.
Arabov is calling in $1.2 million in debts in a bid to keep his company Jacob + Co afloat while he serves a 30-month prison sentence for lying to federal investigators.
