Jailed New York jeweller Jacob Arabov’s company is suing ex-Fugees star Wyclef Jean over non-payment of bills.

Lawyers for Jacob and Company Incorporated claim the hip-hop star owes money for watches and jewellery he bought.

In court papers filed in New York on Tuesday, the jewellery firm’s bosses claim Wyclef `bought’ several items between March 2002 and January 2006 for a total of $765,100 and still owes almost $320,000, despite “repeated demands for payment”.

Amy Winehouse’s father Mitch is furious about reports stating he’s convinced the star’s recent hospital dash was the result of her being spiked with ecstasy - insisting he never made the claims.

The Back To Black hitmaker was admitted to hospital on Monday after she fell ill at her London home.

The star’s truck flipped across a road after colliding with another vehicle. LaBeouf was taken to hospital following the accident where he was treated for injuries to his head, left hand and knee.

His unnamed passenger sustained a minor head injury, according to TMZ.com.
