Troubled singer Amy Winehouse has hit out at rumours she is suffering from an eating disorder - putting her skeletal figure down to stress.
The star has endured a variety of health problems so far this year, including a trip to rehab to kick her drink and drug addictions and a bout of highly contagious skin condition impetigo.
