Jewish Big Brother contestant Rex Newmark is hoping to win his way to his fellow contestants’ stomachs - by cooking for them while they are in the house.

The 24-year-old son of restaurateur Robert Newmark, Newmark Jr has made a name for himself by operating some of the family jewels. He is head chef at Beach Blanket Babylon, which has branches in Notting Hill and Shoreditch in East London.

American music mogul David Gest is to show off his vocal talents on Attic Lights’ forthcoming single - after meeting the band’s producer on a plane flight.

The reality TV star impressed the Scottish band with a “freestyle rap homage” to his ex-wife Liza Minelli over the top of track Bring You Down.

Frontman Kevin Sherry revealed that Gest’s contribution is “f**king great”.

Legendary singer/songwriter Bob Dylan has hit out at the state of the music industry - branding it “hypocritical rubbish”.

The folk rock icon is tired of the industry which made him famous, insisting it is filled with fake people and hypocrites.

And the star admits he feels uncomfortable socialising with music industry insiders - feeling more in tune with the “dignified” literature and art worlds, branding them “honest” and “upfront”.
