Sandler To Return To Stand-Up

The Wedding Singer star Adam Sandler has been inspired to go back to his roots as a stand-up comic after signing up to star in a new movie about comedians.
The actor plays a comedian in the currently untitled Judd Apatow-directed movie, which is due for release next year.
And Sandler - who started out on the comedy club circuit - insists he needs to get back to performing in front of live audiences before shooting stars later this year.

Super producer Mark Ronson was rushed to hospital after he fell from a bunk bed and knocked himself unconscious as a child - and he is terrified of summer camps as a result.
The producer reveals his life-long phobia in a new book, “Camp Camp,” containing memories of the American childhood activity, reports New York gossip column PageSix.

Rocker Gavin RossdaleĀ has topped a new Best Dads list just in time for Father’s Day.
The former Bush star, who has a son with Gwen Stefani and another baby on the way, leads the way on the new In Touch magazine list because he’s so present in young Kingston’s life.
Ryan Phillippe came in second - because he’s such a “natural” dad - and Tom Cruise was third.
Actress Natalie Portman has reportedly visited Rwanda to shoot a clip promoting a new village for children orphaned by the 1994 genocide in the African country.
The Israeli-American star arrived in the central African nation earlier this week to shoot the video, which is set to be aired on the Oprah Winfrey Show in the coming weeks, according to Israeli media reports.
