Actor Michael Rosenbaum is set to leave the cast of Smallville at the end of the US TV series’ current season.

Rosenbaum, who plays Superman’s arch enemy Lex Luthor, has been with the show since it began in 2001 - but has decided to pursue other projects.

Super producer Mark Ronson’s sister Samantha Ronson has filed a lawsuit against her former attorneys, after the firm sued her for unpaid legal fees.

Law firm Davis + Gilbert filed suit against the DJ in December (07) alleging they were never paid for helping her fight and lose a lawsuit against celebrity blogger Perez Hilton - after he accused her of being the owner of cocaine found in Lohan’s car following the actress’ car accident in Los Angeles in May.
