Amy Winehouse has quashed rumours she was involved in a fight - putting her bruised and swollen face down to a mystery skin infection.

The star fuelled speculation she may have suffered a blow to the cheek after she was photographed on Friday with a painful-looking swelling on the side of her face.

But Winehouse’s official spokesman insists the singer has come down with a mystery illness and is seeking medical help.

Hollywood actress Scarlett Johansson is raising money for charity by offering members of the public the chance to go on a date with her.

The lucky winner will accompany the star to the premiere of her forthcoming movie He’s Just Not That Into You in Los Angeles in June next year.
