Rap mogul Russell Simmons is hosting a major US summit calling for an end to the hostility between Muslims and Jews.
The 49-year-old Def Jam co-founder has teamed up with The Foundation for Ethnic Understanding (FFEU) to promote dialogue between Muslim and Jewish leaders, by uniting an Imam and a Rabbi from 11 major cities in the United States.

Singer Amy Winehouse is so pleased with her recent collaboration with fellow kosher producer Mark Ronson , she does not trust anyone else to produce her next album.
Winehouse - who teamed up with Ronson for a cover version of The Zutons hit track Valerie - is keen for the DJ to produce her next LP.
And Ronson, 32, reveals it will be nothing like her Back to Black album and will opt for a new sound.

Movie icon Kirk Douglas and his wife Anne make a weekly visit to their late son Eric’s grave - in a bid to seek closure about his drug overdose death.
The Spartacus star, 90, and his wife have never come to terms with the 46-year-old’s death in 2004.
Eric was found dead on the floor of his New York apartment after guzzling a cocktail of painkillers and tranquillisers.
