Ben Stiller has taken up pilates after the sex scenes in his new movie left him in agony.
The Heartbreak Kid star, 41 got a rude awakening while filming the racy scenes.
“I am not as flexible as I would like to be,” he says. “Since the movie, I’ve been doing pilates, which has helped open me up. But after those sex scenes, I was sore later.”

Hollywood actor Michael Douglas has an unusual phobia - he fears women with hairy armpits.
The Basic Instinct actor, 63, realised his aversion while teaching an eastern European woman to water-ski in the US as a teen.
“This is kind of silly, but I was just 16 sand I just never thought women had hair under their arms,” he reveals. “One summer I had this eastern European woman. It was a shock. It sticks in my mind.”
