Troubled songstress Amy Winehouse will not go back to rehab to beat her drug addiction without her husband Blake Fielder-Civil at her side.

The English star, 23, has refused to go back to rehab to beat her alleged heroin and cocaine addiction despite please from her family following her hospitalisation two weeks ago.

Rehab singer Winehouse described her husband Blake as her “rock” despite being photographed bruised and bloody recently after the couple had a violent bust up.

Fans of tragic Marc Bolan have asked Brit Award bosses to hand the singer a posthumous prize, to mark the 30th anniversary of his death.

Bolan was just 29 when he was killed in a car accident in 1977.

Although the Brits were held in February this year, organisers of a petition are hoping Bolan will be recognised at the next ceremony in 2008 - and they have already attracted 2,000 signatures.
