Gwyneth Paltrow has angered her physiotherapist for ignoring doctor’s orders and wearing towering stilettos at a recent comic convention.

The actress is recovering from knee surgery in June and has been banned from high heels until the joint heals.

However, she flaunted medical advice on Sunday, appearing at the Comic-Con in San Diego, California in tall silver shoes.

Actors Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon have reportedly rekindled their romance following a series of top secret dates.

The couple, who met on the set of upcoming movie Rendition, never confirmed a relationship and went their separate ways in June, but have now got back together again.

In the last few days Gyllenhaal and Witherspoon have been photographed enjoying each other’s company on numerous occasions.
