Mark RonsonSuper producer Mark Ronson has slammed claims in the media he grew up among a host of musical icons Sir Paul McCartney, Michael Jackson and The Bee Gees.

Ronson - who has worked with Britney Spears, Robbie Williams and Lily Allen - insists the reports are untrue.

Rachel Weisz and Brendan fraserOscar winner Rachel Weisz has turned down a role in The Mummy 3, leaving her co-star Brendan Fraser without an on-screen wife.

Weisz and Fraser played love interests Evelyn Carnahan O’Connell and Rick O’Connell in Stephen Sommers’ Egyptian action movies The Mummy and The Mummy Returns.

While Fraser has signed on to star in a second sequel, Weisz is unable to commit due to a scheduling conflict.

Justin BerfieldFormer Malcolm In The Middle star Justin Berfield is suing a Los Angeles construction firm for turning his old home into a mould-infested wreck.

The actor, who now lives in pal Jessica Simpson’s former home in Calabasas, California, claims he suffered respiratory problems while living in the Studio City home.

He is suing Shell Burton Construction over what he says was faulty work the company did on the home, which once belonged to George Clooney.

Natalie PortmanHollywood actress Natalie Portman will finally strip off for new movie Goya’s Ghosts, but claims she is getting naked to shed her child-like image.

The Israeli-born 25-year-old once turned down a role alongside Susan Sarandon in Anywhere But Here because of a nude scene, but now says she is ready to strip off on-set.

“I don’t do it in order to prove something. I just go on with my life and do what feels right,” she reveals.

Steven SpielbergFour showbiz Jewish men are in the top 10 of who has had to pay out the most in costly divorce settlements.

Hollywood director Steven Spielberg and singer Neil Diamond have both gone through the divorces costing $100m or more.

According to business magazine Forbes, Spielberg settled with former wife Amy Irving to the tune of $100m as their agreement following divorce in 1989. Diamond paid out $150m to Marcia Murphey. The couple married in 1969 and went their seperate ways in 1996.

The British-born New Yorker DJ - who admits he can be quite clumsy - has also been accused of having mental problems, but believes his lack of bodily coordination is innate.

Shia LeBeoufBobby star Shia LeBeouf turned down the chance to study at Yale University on the advice of acting hero John Turturro.

The 20-year-old former child actor’s on-set tutorials paid off when he was accepted to the Ivy League university - but never went.

He recalls, “I remember asking John Turturro and he said, ‘You have all the opportunities now. You can go to college when you are 30 or 40. Wait until the pause comes.’”
