Henry GoodmanA new production of the classic Jewish musical Fiddler On The Roof will open in the West End in May.

Actor Henry Goodman – who had a short-lived run in the Broadway production of The Producers a few years back, - will star as long-suffering milkman Tevye in the production, which arrives in London fresh from a sell-out run at Sheffield’s Crucible Theatre.

Jewish funny lady Ronni Ancona, who shot to stardom on sketch show The Big Impression is returning to the small screen in her own show.

Ronni Ancona and Co will see the comedienne, best known for her impersonation of Victoria Beckham, introducing a bunch of new characters as well as sending up the showbiz world. Sultry singer Amy Winehouse is among the famous names who Ancona will be impersonating.

So it’s interesting to see frum Jewish rapper Y-Love join forces with another musical great, beatboxer Yuri Lane and release Sefira, an album of seven songs that are all accapella and which celebrate being Jewish.

Scarlett JohanssonThe release date of Hollywood actress Scarlett Johansson’s new movie has been delayed for five months, in order to stand a better chance for next year’s awards ceremonies.

The Nanny Diaries - an adaptation of the best-selling novel by Emma McLaughlin and Nicola Kraus - stars Johansson alongside Laura Linney, and the comedy was originally due for release next month.

Serial celebrity dater Adam ’DJ AM’ Goldstein has moved on after splitting up with Mandy Moore - he’s now dating model JESSICA STAM.

The 34-year-old DJ, who was previously engaged to socialite Nicole Richie, was spotted smooching Stam, 20, in New York last week.
