Scarlett JohanssonScarlett Johansson has reteamed with director Woody Allen for their third film together following Match Point and Scoop.

The Lost In Translation star will appear in Allen’s upcoming and as-yet untitled project set to shoot in Spain this summer.

The star joins an elite group of actresses, including Mia Farrow and Diane Keaton, to become Allen’s latest muse.

Billie PiperSinger turned actress Billie Piper has been confirmed to play an upscale Jewish prostitute in a TV series based on Belle de Jour.

The eight part TV show will be broadcast on ITV2.

Belle de Jour started life as a blog, and later was turned into a book after enjoying huge popularity on the web. A sequel, Further Adventures Of A London Call Girl, was published last year.

Israeli authorities have warned the paparazzi to keep their distance from Leonardo DiCaprio following a fight with the Hollywood star’s minders in Jerusalem on Monday.

Harvey WeinsteinHollywood producers Harvey and Bob Weinstein are branching out into fashion after acquiring top style label Halston.

The fashion house is best known for dressing the international jet set during the 1960s and 1970s.

“Two years ago, when my brother and I started The Weinstein Company, one key component we were talking about to the investors about was finding a name brand to acquire to diversify our company,” says Harvey Weinstein. “This partnership will further the natural connection between the adjacent worlds of entertainment and fashion.”

Tori SpellingFormer Beverly Hills, 90210 star Tori Spelling gave birth to a son yesterday at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.

The star went into labour in the early hours of Tuesday morning, giving birth to the 6 pounds 6 ounces (2.9 kilograms) baby.

Spelling and husband Dean McDermott, the child’s father, have named their son Liam Aaron McDermott in memory of late media mogul Aarson Spelling.
