Boy-band impresario Lou Pearlman is being sued for more than $130 million by creditors and investors for failing to pay his bills.

Pearlman, who created such groups as the Backstreet Boys, ’N Sync and US-5, has been the subject of several recent lawsuits.

The latest case, filed Thursday in Orlando, Florida Circuit Court by Bank of America, alleges Pearlman defaulted on business and personal loans worth more than $17 million.

Hucknall To Be A Daddy

Simply Red star Mick Hucknall and his partner Gabriella Wesberry are expecting their first child in June.

The Holding Back The Year singer began dating company director Wesberry in 1995, but they later split because of Hucknall’s frantic touring schedule.

However, the pair got back together in 2003 and have been trying for their first child since early last year.

David Lee RothDavid Lee Roth is returning as the front man for Van Halen and will tour with the band this summer.

Roth will join founding band members Eddie and Alex Van Halen, as well as Eddie’s teenage son Woldgang, who plays bass.

“It feels like a whole new beginning to be back with Dave and to be playing with my brother and my son,” Eddie Van Halen told TMZ.com. “We look forward to going on tour.”

Singer/songwriter Marc Cohn is returning to Colorado for his first performance since he was shot in the head during an attempted carjacking.

The Walking In Memphis singer, 47, was injured in Denver in August 2005 during a botched carjacking.

Joseph Yacteen, 27, pleaded guilty to attempted first degree murder in the shooting and was sentenced in October to 36 years in prison.
