American rocker Pink, who recently started to reveal her Jewish background, is on a quest to stop the slaughter of pigs.

Appearing on The Paul O’Grady Show on Channel 4, 27-year-old Pink, real name Alecia Beth Moore said: “I want to rescue pigs. The ones that are about to be eaten, those are the ones I want to rescue,”

Maybe she’s hoping that less pigs for meat consumption will be less temptation for fellow Jews.
