English soul singer Amy Winehouse was stunned when she met pop newcomer Lily Allen, because she was so polite and well-spoken.
The Rehab star met Smile singer Allen last year and realised Allen’s London street image was just aesthetic.
Winehouse says, “Lily Allen - she is the nuts. Really well brought up; proper manners, you know?
“Her dad, though (Keith Allen). We were on the Charlotte Church Show together and had loads of booze hidden down the back of the sofa. When I finished mine I started on his.”
