Former Beverly Hills, 90210 star Tori Spelling says she can’t wait to start work on the forthcoming spin-off - comparing it to revisiting a beloved childhood memory.
The actress - whose late father, TV producer Aaron Spelling, created the original show - confirmed rumours in May she would join her pal Jennie Garth, who plays Kelly Taylor, in the forthcoming programme.
And the star is excited about playing her original character Donna - despite not knowing anything about the show’s plotline.
She told OK! magazine: “It’s like getting the chance to visit an old childhood memory. When I heard about the show, there was no hesitation. I was like: ‘I have to do this for the fans.’ I know Donna is in fashion - that’s it! I don’t know if she and David are married still.”
