British movie The Queen continues to build up Oscar momentum after being named the winner of five awards by the Toronto Film Critics Association.
Stephen Frears was named Best Director while Dame Helen Mirren won Best Female Performance for her turn as monarch Queen Elizabeth II, while Michael Sheen won Best Male Supporting Performance.
Frears shares his award with Jean-Pierre Dardenne and Luc Dardenne for their film L’Enfant.
The Queen also collected Best Picture and Best Screenplay for Peter Morgan.
Sacha Baron Cohen continues his run of good luck and was named named Best Male Performance for Borat.
The awards will be presented at a private ceremony in January.
