British actress Rachel Weisz says fiance Darren Aronofsky is nothing like the dark, brooding character many people think he is - he’s actually a fun-loving guy who enjoys watching gameshows and wants to appear on The Price Is Right.
Despite making deep, depressing movies like Requiem For A Dream and PI, the American moviemaker is all sweetness and light, according to Weisz.
“For someone who makes pretty intense dark movies, he’s a very lighthearted, easy-going, light-spirited (guy). His favourite TV show is The Price Is Right - for real,” she says. “One of his ambitions in life is to go on the show and I was trying to fix it for him but there’s a very serious audition process.”
