Winehouse Asks Fans To Send Flowers To Husband

Troubled singer Amy Winehouse has pleaded with fans to send Blake Fielder-Civil red roses to show their support for her jailed husband.
The star sent a bouquet of flowers to her incarcerated partner at the weekend (17-18Nov07) to celebrate the couple’s six-month wedding anniversary, and urged fans at a gig in Glasgow, Scotland, on Saturday to follow her example.
She told the audience: “I’m going to send him a bouquet of flowers. And I want everyone here to send Blake a red rose,” before giving out his address at London’s Pentonville Prison.
Winehouse and Fielder-Civil were married in May in Miami, Florida.
Fielder-Civil is currently being held after his arrest earlier this month on suspicion of perverting the course of justice in relation to a charge of grievous bodily harm.

Oh Good grief. Why would anyone want to endorse such negative role models??? There are far more deserving causes to spend your money on than this pair of spoilt, self-obsessed losers. Hospices, old people’s homes, Great Ormond Street…the list is endless.
Ps - I am not an old fogey myself, I currently work in the music industry, but I am sick to the back teeth of these ingrates and their brattish behaviour.
