Late night telly has something distinctly Jewish on it in the shape of presenter Debbie King.
The 29-year-old is one of the hosts and a co-creator of ITV Play’s Quizmania which airs from 10pm to 1am. A hit with students and those who can’t get to sleep, Quizmania is a cult hit with its fans who look to win big money late at night.
King is not just a pretty face, she’s also brainy having left Newcastle University with a BA Honours Degree in History and since then has been a workaholic determined to make a name for herself.
Starting her career at the age of four in Pink Floyd’s The Wall, King has been working non-start since then in a variety of TV roles.

She’s been a researcher for cult morning show The Big Breakfast and an assistant producer on This Morning.
In front of the camera, she’s hosted shows on Nation 217 and E4.
Showbiz runs in her genes, her mother Wendy is a singer, her grandfather was a comic and uncle David King is a theatre producer.
And her ambition, to front X-Factor or at least a show like it: “My dream would be to do a show like The X Factor because I just love those talent shows and I would really be able to empathise with the contestants.”
