Winehouse Weds In Miami

Jazz songstress Amy Winehouse has wed her fiance Blake Fielder-Civil in a secret Miami Beach, Florida ceremony.
There was talk that Winehouse and Fielder-Civil would have a “Jewish-style” wedding in the UK following his conversion to the Jewish faith, but when the two wed, it was a small private ceremony.
Winehouse’s representative confirmed the singer is now Mrs. Fielder-Civil, stating, “Amy Winehouse did get married to fiance Blake Fielder-Civil this morning in a very private, intimate ceremony. They are very happy.”
The 23-year-old singer and her new husband celebrated their union at Miami’s exclusive Shore Club.
The couple became engaged last month after Winehouse took a day to consider her boyfriend’s proposal.
In a recent interview she said: “Obviously we are both young and it is frightening. But it is the right thing to do. That is why I agreed. I’m a very lucky girl to have found someone I love so much. I hope to be with him for the rest of my life.”
The couple met in 2005, but split in 2006.
