Legendary actor Kirk Douglas has joined the MySpace community and could well be the oldest Myspacer around.
The Hollywood veteran, who is now 90, has turned online to promote his latest book Let’s Face it.
The book reveals how he went from growing up poor in New York as Issur Danielovitch Demsky to making it big in Hollywood as Kirk Douglas.
He says: “I believe in the power of the internet. This is the first book that I am promoting virtually because I am hoping that my universal message will spread on blogs and websites. We live in a global world and the future is in the hands of the younger generation.”
