Superproducer Mark Ronson has unveiled his latest collaboration – he is teaming up with Dirty Pretty Things frontman Carl Barat.
Ronson, who recently joined Duran Duran for a one-off gig in Paris, France is now working on a secret project with the former Libertines star.
And although Barat is refusing to reveal any details about the collaboration, he is convinced it will be a success.
He said: “I’m a fan of Ronson, who isn’t? We have something coming up, but it’s very hush-hush. I don’t want to jinx anything so my lips are sealed but it could be brilliant.”
Barat’s other side projects include The Chavs – a band he has formed with The Charlatans frontman Tim Burgess, Razorlight’s Andy Burrows, Klaxon’s Jamie Reynolds and Primal Scream’s Martin Duffy.
