Grammy Award-winning producer Mark Ronson is celebrating after becoming an American citizen.
The 32-year-old, who was born in the U.K. but spent a lot of time in New York while he was growing up, is pleased he’ll be able to vote in this year’s US presidential election.
Ronson, who won the Best Producer – Non-Classical prize at Sunday’s Grammy ceremony, told People.com: “I actually just got my American citizenship. I wanted to be able to vote in this election – that’s why I got it.”
