Diamond Fans Demand Refund

Published on August 27, 2008 with No Comments

Neil Diamond is in trouble with his fans after delivering a below-par performance in Columbus, Ohio on Monday night.

Devotees, who paid up to $120 to see the Sweet Caroline singer live at the city’s Value City Arena, have demanded refunds from the venue after many walked out after a croaky Diamond struggled through his hits.

The 67-year-old singer is now considering performing at the venue again to make up for a terrible gig.

In a post on his website, Diamond writes: “Please give me a few days to figure out a way to make it up to you. I haven’t let you down before and I won’t let you down now.”
