    The organisers of a French music festival are threatening legal action against Amy Winehouse after the troubled singer pulled out of the event at the last minute.

    Winehouse was due to headline the three-day Rock En Seine festival in Paris on Friday in a line up that also included fellow British singer Kate Nash.

    But she cancelled the appearance after being taken ill at her Camden, London home just hours before she was due to fly to France.

    The Rehab hitmaker has been handed the dubious honour after being regularly pictured with spotty and scabby skin.

    Victoria Beckham, who has suffered from acne, scooped second place in the survey, carried out by UK chemist Superdrug.

    Charlie’s Angel’s star Cameron Diaz came in third place, followed by former glamour model Katie Price in fourth place.

    David DuchovnyX-Files star David Duchovny has entered rehab in a bid to control his sexual urges.

    The actor, who is married to Tea Leoni, has a sex addiction, according to his lawyer, Stanton Stein.

    In a statement the attorney has handed to website, Duchovny said: “I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction. I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family.”
